With almost 20 years’ experience of creating bespoke jewellery, we aim to offer a relaxed and informal space in which our customers feel able to tell their story and create a design unique to them.
Traditional jewellery skills are at the heart of Lance James and each store benefits from in- house workshops with qualified jewellers on hand to help. Every store has a viewing window from the main retail space into the workshop to enable our customers to witness traditional skills in practice. Our sales advisors are all trained by our jewellers ensuring a knowledgeable and professional service in order to provide an unbeatable service. As a member of the National Association of Jewellers, we adhere to the highest industry standards.
